Chris Hanson

Founder

Chris Hanson is a 16-year industry veteran whose ability to identify market inefficiencies was decisively demonstrated at the outset of his career. During the height of the financial market meltdown in 2008 and 2009, Chris began by making shrewd investments in residential real estate then forming an auction bidding service acquiring single family homes. To further scale the business, he later formed Hanson Capital, LLC, a licensed mortgage bank to establish stable acquisition funding.

A graduate of the University of Arizona and the recipient of the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award, Chris and the Hanson Capital team continue to uncover and exploit marketing inefficiencies wherever they appear. In recent years, those opportunities have shifted away from residential and multifamily to commercial and industrial assets, where market imbalances present Hanson Capital and its investors with compelling investment opportunities.

Tiffany Harper

Principal

Tiffany Harper is a 15-year industry veteran whose comprehensive understanding of real estate, lending, and investor relations has been instrumental to Hanson Capital’s growth and expansion. Starting in the industry during her high school years, Tiffany developed a diverse skill set spanning property management, loan processing, and luxury real estate before assuming her role as Director of Lending in 2015.

A graduate of Arizona State University with a background in Pre-Law Studies and English, Tiffany has architected Hanson Capital’s lending systems while overseeing the structuring, negotiation, and underwriting of the company’s extensive loan portfolio. Her relationship-focused approach and commitment to creative problem-solving have been crucial to maintaining the company’s stellar reputation and high-quality mortgage pipeline. As the primary liaison for debt investment activity, Tiffany’s multifaceted experience continues to drive sustainable growth while ensuring the success of both borrowers and investors.

Zach Price

Zach Price is a legal and operations expert whose transition from law to real estate exemplifies his adaptability and strategic thinking. After earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon’s School of Law, Zach spent over a decade as in-house counsel before recognizing the opportunity to leverage his legal expertise in a broader operational role.

As Chief Operating Officer, Zach has transformed his legal acumen into a comprehensive operational framework that drives the company’s efficiency and growth. His analytical approach to process optimization, investment analysis and team development has been instrumental in scaling the company’s operations, while his legal background provides crucial oversight in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

Chris Pike is an acquisitions specialist whose entrepreneurial spirit led him from small-scale apartment investing to directing major institutional transactions. After relocating to Arizona to pursue real estate opportunities, Chris quickly distinguished himself at Hanson Capital Group through his exceptional market insight and deal-making abilities.

As Managing Director of Acquisitions, Chris leads the company’s investment strategy through sophisticated financial modeling and trend analysis. His talent for identifying viable opportunities and forging strong industry relationships has been crucial to the company’s expansion. Under his leadership, the acquisitions team continues to source deals structured to deliver superior returns to investors while maintaining the company’s position at the frontier of emerging market opportunities.
