Service Areas and Specialties: Nancy grew up on Long Lake, in Naples, where she continues to live. She is one of the few lifelong, resident realtors in the area. She is a full service broker representing both buyers and sellers. She has handled the sales of a number of the commercial properties on the causeway. Waterfront properties are one of her specialties. She has sold a large number of the lake properties several times over. The Lakes Region and the Western Maine area are all familiar to her. She has sold properties in most of the surrounding towns including: Naples, Casco, Bridgton, Harrison, Sebago, Raymond, Windham and Poland to name a few.
Professional Experience: Since 1993 Nancy has committed her love and life to the real estate business. She opened Lakes Region Properties in January of 1996 at the Lighthouse Building on the causeway. 15 years of success have been achieved by providing value and excellence in service. Her vision and knowledge in representing her client's and customers give them a competitive edge in today's market. Through a commitment to technology, her TEAM members and her personal involvement, her client's and customers are kept well-informed every step of the way. Nancy is proud to say that, Lakes Region Properties has been a leading office in the Lakes Region since opening in 1997.
Professional Education and Designations: Nancy is a broker/owner and president of Coldwell Banker Lakes Region Properties. She holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, the CBR (Certified Buyers Representative) designation and the PPS (Previews Property Specialist) designation. Nancy has been a member of the Western Maine Board of Realtors since 1993, in 1997 was President of the WMBOR and was WMBOR-Realtor of the Year in 2001. She was a Tri-State Director in 2001 & 2002 and has been a member of the Women's Council. Nancy has earned top sales awards continually since 1996. She sells the Lakes Region. Nancy claims her successes to Dale Carnegie Training which she completed in 1992. Her greatest achievements have come from matching buyers and sellers and gaining lifetime friendships.
Personal/Comments: Real Estate is Nancy's life and the commitment and dedication to buyers, sellers and the community gives her strength and passion to continue in the busy world that she is involved in. She feels tremendous satisfaction in having her family a part of the business. Daughter, Connie Eldridge is a part-owner of the business and Office Manager/Associate Broker. Daughter-in-law, Heather Hanson is my Licensed Assistant. She has been working along side Nancy for 10 years and has been a licensed assistant for 4 years. Nancy also gives much of her time to her community. She has been an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Oxford Hills for 5 years, helps with the Habitat for Humanity, is Vice President of Naples Main Street and continues to be an active member of the Bridgton Lakes Region Chamber and the Sebago Lakes Region Chamber where she was just awarded "Volunteer of the Year".
